Dental Filling

Protect your teeth and prevent decay

Restore tooth structure

restore your health.

Healthy teeth are essential for overall health, but over time, the structure of your teeth may deteriorate, leading to a loss of function, form, and integrity. Fortunately, dental fillings can help restore teeth affected by cavities, cracks, breaks, and misuse.

Do you have a habit of biting your nails that has taken a toll on your teeth?

Maybe you’re experiencing discomfort from a cavity behind one of your canines, or you chipped your tooth during an accident. Whatever the case may be, our team is here to provide you with the best possible care. Additionally, our dental fillings come with a two-year warranty to give you peace of mind.

When is a dental filling necessary?

Tooth decay is a frequent issue that may cause pain or sensitivity in the affected region. If you experience these symptoms, it’s best to seek advice from a dentist for a proper diagnosis. Your dentist will diagnose a cavity using a variety of tests, including a visual exam, probing, palpation, and X-rays. Based on the diagnosis, an appropriate course of action will be recommended. For minor cavities, a wait-and-see approach may be advised. However, larger or more painful cavities in hard-to-reach areas typically require a filling. The filling process entails removing decayed tooth structure and filling the resulting cavity to prevent further decay.

What Kind of Filling are there?

White Fillings: A Natural and Enduring Option

Our office provides white fillings as a dental solution. These fillings offer a natural look and are long-lasting. There are two primary types to choose from:

  • Composite resin fillings are made of a composite material, can be easily matched to the color of your teeth, and typically last between 3 to 10 years.
  • Porcelain fillings look the most like natural teeth, resist staining, and can last between 15 to 20 years.

What to Expect when you get dental filling?

.

1. Your dentist will numb the area with local anesthesia. Once past this quick injection, you won’t feel a thing!

2. We’ll clean out the tooth cavity or old filling, removing all decayed tooth structure before proceeding.

3. The dental filling is then designed and inserted into the cavity, ready to protect your tooth from future decay.

4. Finally, your dentist will polish the filling, ensuring that it’s smooth and properly shaped. A bite test will be conducted to make sure the new filling hits the opposing teeth correctly.

Hands down the best experience at any medical center I’ve been to. Dr and EVERY Staff member are a pleasure to deal with. I have an extremely crazy work schedule and they have been understanding and courteous in dealing with a patient that has trouble remembering what day my appointment is. Very professional staff. Actually enjoy going to the dentist for my treatments. Which is definitely different from past experiences!

It was my first time. I’m glad that the dentist is close to my location. I enjoyed my visit, the nurse was nice and knowledgeable regarding my concerns and the steps needed to get me in the right direction. Dr. Zain is professional and personable as well. I think I have found my new dentist. I definitely enjoy the atmosphere

I’ve recently relocated, so I had to find a new Dentist. Everyone is so sweet here and really want the best for you. It’s clean, professional, and the staff are wonderful. Dr. Zain is very nice and will answer any question that you have, as well as the hygienist. I wish I could give it a 6 star.
